Terms and conditions
You acknowledge and agree that any payment made by you in connection with this membership invitation does not give you an equity or ownership interest or any other property interest in The Golf Club of Tennessee (“The Club”) or the properties and/or facilities of The Club, including, without limitation, The Upper Course (“The Club’s Facilities”), or a vested or prescriptive right or easement to use The Club’s Facilities. Your membership constitutes only a revocable license to use The Club’s Facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions of your Membership Purchase Agreement with The Club, and the Membership Plan and the Rules and Regulations of The Club, as the same may be amended from time to time by the Board of Directors of The Club. The entire amount paid pursuant to this invitation will be used by The Club for operational or capital expenses. Your membership in The Club is subordinate to any license or lease applicable to any of The Club’s Facilities, including any license or lease applicable to The Upper Course, and to the lien of any mortgage or deed of trust encumbering The Club’s Facilities from time to time. The terms and conditions of your Membership Purchase Agreement with The Club are hereby incorporated by reference into this invitation and will be binding on you in connection with your access and use of The Upper Course as elected above.
